Our group classes range from 2 to 10 people, and we work around your schedule to keep you in the gym and around the people you want to train with!

Kids will learn discipline, how to follow a routine, and will be taught basic boxing lessons in the ring with a trainer! Great for after-school to help kids release that left over energy!

Get one-on-one lessons with a certified personal trainer. From weights, to cardio, to boxing - these workouts are for everyone but are fast paced and vigorous! Available in 30 or 60 minute sessions.
Russell Kimber is a certified personal trainer, boxing coach, and the founder of Kimber Fitness. Growing up in a gym and playing sports at a high level for most of his life, Russell now uses his many years of experience to help clients of all ages transform their bodies, and their lives.
